• Period for which the personal data will be stored: the details you provide that are specific to this weekend will be stored until the following @TheCastle weekend or @TheCastle ceases to operate, whichever is sooner; your name and email address will be stored until @TheCastle ceases to operate or you unsubscribe from the email list, whichever is sooner.

• The provision of your data is necessary to enable you to attend the weekend and failure to provide all requested data may result in you being unable to attend the weekend in whole or part.
